  • Structure Introduction 
    The main parts are composed of: gantry column, transmission system, auxiliary system, operating console, etc., including: mobile platform, cantilever beam, main console, remote control handle, Z axis, AC axis, cutting head, protective cover, graphite It is composed of protective panels, chillers, lasers, etc. Adopt dual drive gantry structure
  • Bed instruction
    1. The bed has a ground rail structure. After the overall welding of the bed is completed, it is processed by annealing, rough machining, secondary aging and finishing. The segmented splicing structure is used to facilitate large-format customization and transportation. Separate design from the workbench reduces damage to the bed when cutting heavy metal materials. 
    2. The laser source, water chiller and machine bed are designed as separate parts and fixed on the ground. The equipment has a small operating load and ensures cutting accuracy.
  • Cutting platforms
    1. ACME’s self-developed profile support mechanism can be pneumatically aligned, has a high degree of automation and is easy to use. Modular design, freely deployable and highly flexible. 
    2. It adopts single and double station support method, which is simple and easy to operate. The platform and machine tool are designed separately, and the load capacity is strong. 
    3. Dual-work position design, while one station is cutting, the other station can load and unload materials simultaneously, saving loading and unloading time, making processing flexible and supporting segmented and full-length processing.   • Cross beams and movement devices
    1. The beam adopts a lightweight welded structure, with more stable cutting accuracy and longer mechanical life. The entire beam is roughed after annealing to eliminate stress, and then finished after secondary aging.
    2. The use of high-quality aluminum profiles for aging treatment ensures the strength required for the equipment itself and is lightweight, allowing the equipment to have better acceleration.
    3.It adopts AB or BC axis design dedicated for three-dimensional five-axis profile cutting, which can rotate well. The A-axis can rotate ±90°, the B-axis can rotate ±90°, and the C-axis can rotate ±90°. Convenient for plate bevel processing.
